Stitch Factory is currently seeking interns! Internships must be for school credit. We are looking for creative, passionate and self -motivated people to fulfill a variety of areas. Interns may select one area they would like to focus on or may rotate through all areas to learn a little bit about each facet. Internships can be tailored more directly to what the intern’s interest is. We want our interns leaving us feeling as though they really learned something!

Junior Graphic Designer

This position is responsible for the development of graphics, logos, and branding mock ups within the brand development segment of the business. Stitch Factory is a team and family that work closely together. As a startup everyone wears many hats and Stitch Factory looks for passionate, motivated and self-starting individuals.


  Develop line sheets and creative presentations for clients representing the Stitch Factory brand
  Completing mock up approval forms paying attention to graphic placement, colors, spelling, and details
  Create and develop logos and artwork
  Convert file types as needed
  Create style guides for brands
  Develop graphics for brand development
  Work closely with the print house to approve samples, artwork, colors, etc.
  Create mood boards
  Matching colors as needed including PMS and Pantone colors
  Staying well versed in the trends happening graphically in the fashion market
  Being quick and efficient with strong organizational skills to get projects done quickly
  Understanding the imagery, feeling, and fashion of Stitch Factory so any mock up, presentation or mood board is consistent with the      overall brand
  Supporting Lead Graphic Designer as needed 

Brand Development:
  Reaching out to 10 new clients a week to build the brand development clientele
  Building out presentations with curated merchandise based on individual business needs
  Mock up proof samples for promotional merchandise
  Filling out t-shirt/merchandise order forms
  Use Basecamp templates to track work and progress of projects
  Update Basecamp daily
  Work closely with the print house to approve samples, artwork, colors, etc.

General Responsibilities:
  Stay abreast on current fashion and creative trends; as well as share what is being represented strong in the graphic market to the                              team
  Remaining highly in-tune with the brand development business by identifying and reaching out to potential clients
  Continuously aware of like business and product relevance in the market, staying on top of what is new and working in the market
  Build constructive and effective relationships with peers and cross-functional partners.
  Foster a team environment in which information flows freely and decision-making is based on a win-win philosophy
