Have you thought of a catchy name for your brand and want to know how to protect your rights?  Have you designed the newest, most helpful product, and want to know how to protect your ideas?  Do you want to own your own fashion company and launch the best new clothing, but you are not sure of all your legal responsibilities?

This (2) part course will be presented by Erica Bobak, a third-year law student at the Boyd School of Law, in Las Vegas. Her focus of study is Intellectual Property and Fashion Law.  She has participated in Fashion Law programs put on by the Fashion Law Project of Loyola Law School and the Fashion Law Institute of Fordham Law School.

Part 2:  Labeling—Learn what legal steps must be taken to ensure your products are ready for consumers.  Come to this workshop and make sure you are legally prepared for placing products on the market.  Make sure that your garments are labeled properly and production processes are inline with government regulations.
Date:  Wednesday May 20 | 630p-830p

**Disclaimer—Erica is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice.  She will be here to explain the laws and how they apply to your business**
